We use the higher of your product's dead weight or its volumetric weight (Length × Breadth × Height ÷ 5000), price it against your destination state's zone rate card, then add your account's margin. COD orders also include a COD handling charge. Check the exact number any time with the rate calculator.
Once a COD shipment is marked delivered, the collected amount shows as "payout due" in your account. We remit it to your wallet or bank account — track the full history under COD remittance.
Go to Payments in your dashboard and add money via UPI, card or netbanking. Your wallet is debited automatically each time you book a shipment.
KYC (PAN/Aadhaar/GST) helps us verify your business for compliance and faster COD payouts. Upload your documents under Documents in your account.
Status updates sync from Delhivery periodically. If it's been more than a few hours during business hours, raise a support ticket with your order reference and we'll check it for you.
